<p>BCM is a holistic management process that identifies and analyzes potential risks that threaten an organization and the development of response plans to minimize their impact on the business.</p>
<p>Innovax Systems has developed and implemented a Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme based on SS540:2008 standards, which define the requirements for improving its resilience to business disruptions, minimizing the negative impacts arising from these <span style="color: #000000;">disruptions and ensuring rapid recovery of critical business functions.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">The programme came to a successful completion as a result of strong business collaboration with SP Consulting (International) Pte Ltd, an organisation with the distinction of being the first management consultany company to be certified to both ISO 9001:2008 and BCM SS540:2008 for the provision of quality management consultancy services by TUV SUD PSB Certification Pte Ltd</span></p>

<p>OpsCentral® is a complete product suite of technologies empowering Verizon customer service centre to handle Verizon Wireline Business Unit in all aspects of communication with customers effectively within a single platform. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As Technology Partner of MCI, we are pleased to congratulate MCI Asia Pacific Customer Service Centre in Singapore in being recognized as Best-In-Class by the Call Centre Council of Singapore (CCCS). The award was presented at the council&#8217;s fourth annual Call Centre Awards for Singapore and its inaugural Regional Call Centre Awards, in conjunction with the Hong Kong Call Centre Association and the Call Centre Association of Malaysia.</p>
<p>MCI was presented with the Gold Call Centre of the Year award for facilities of fewer than 50 seats. In addition, MCI was honored with the Gold Call Centre Manager of the Year award. MCI again took top honors with the Gold Call Centre of the Year award in the Regional Call Centre Awards, recognizing its status as the most respected facility of its size throughout the three-nation region. Among all of the corporations and individuals honored by the council, MCI was only triple Gold award winner &#8211; in its first year of participation in the CCCS competition. MCI&#8217;s customer service call centre was judged on its policies, processes and procedures, as well as the contact centre services that fuel its operations.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Call Centre Integrator and solutions provider Innovax Systems Pte Ltd today announced that it has signed an agreement with Kyocera Communications Systems Co, Ltd (KCCS) and Orange Gum Pte Ltd to form a joint venture company, Kyocera Communications Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (KCAP). Based in Singapore, KCAP will provide wireless content and applications, as well as provision of other services such as systems, network integration and maintenance, data housing and hosting and other related integration and consultancy services in relation to systems and networks.</p>
<p>&#8220;We are extremely delighted with the launch of WebW@lkers-Mobile Internet Content &amp; Data Services for Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. The establishment of our Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore provides strategic access to the region in expanding our operations, technical platforms &amp; infrastructure services&#8221; said Masafumi Morita, Managing Director of KCAP.</p>
