Innovax Systems is proud to announce the completion of Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme and is now officially BCM certified.

BCM is a holistic management process that identifies and analyzes potential risks that threaten an organization and the development of response plans to minimize their impact on the business.

Innovax Systems has developed and implemented a Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme based on SS540:2008 standards, which define the requirements for improving its resilience to business disruptions, minimizing the negative impacts arising from these disruptions and ensuring rapid recovery of critical business functions.

The programme came to a successful completion as a result of strong business collaboration with SP Consulting (International) Pte Ltd, an organisation with the distinction of being the first management consultany company to be certified to both ISO 9001:2008 and BCM SS540:2008 for the provision of quality management consultancy services by TUV SUD PSB Certification Pte Ltd

OpsCentral® is a complete product suite of technologies empowering Verizon customer service centre to handle Verizon Wireline Business Unit in all aspects of communication with customers effectively within a single platform. Some of the current functions and capabilities have been tailored, enhanced and customized to Verizon’s need. One of the most prominent customization is the priority PIN to enable personalized service and service differentiation for Verizon’s Tier-1 customers.
