Management

Mark Narita – Chairman
Mark Narita is the Chairman of Innovax Systems and also the President of the Innovax Systems K.K. Mark graduated from University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering degree in 1982.

Mark has more than 15 years of experience in the information technology industry and has worked with major Japanese corporations such as Nissan and Toshiba in Australia and Japan before starting his own company ISD-Japan, a software and IT consulting firm based in Tokyo in 1990. McCann Erickson, an IPG company acquired majority shareholding in ISD-Japan in 1998.

Patrick Tan – President & Director
Patrick Tan founded Innovax Systems in 1998 and is the President of the company. Before Innovax Systems, Patrick worked in the building and oil and gas industries, in areas of marketing and M&A. He also played a key role in building up UBM Engineering Services.

Patrick graduated from University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Economics and Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys golfing and reading.

Alex Koh – Chief Technology Officer & Director
Alex Koh started his career at Innovax Systems in 2000. He was given the position of Chief Technology Officer in 2003, and was invited to join the board of directors in 2005. During his time here, he has actively been involved in designing new products, and updating older products so they are still relevant to businesses today. In addition to this, Alex researches competing companies products and expands on their ideas to form new and better products.

Alex holds a First Class Honour’s Degree in Applied Science and a Masters in Philosophy in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. In his spare time, Alex reads up and explores latest technologies trends.

Coni Tan – Chief Financial Officer & Director
Coni Tan joined Innovax Systems in 2000 after working for a year as an accountant at SGX listed Teamsphere. She is the Chief Financial Officer, and helps with admin and human resources. In July 2005, Coni was appointed Director of Innovax.

Coni graduated from Monash University. Her qualifications include: Bachelor in Accountancy, Graduate diploma in Financial Accounting, Master in Business Accounting, and she is also a Certified Practicing Accountant (ASCPAs). In her free time, Coni reads financial journals and enjoys family life.

Walter Ong – Director
Walter Ong is a Director of Innovax Systems. He has a Bachelor of Town and Regional Planning from University of Melbourne and a Master of Business Administration from National University of Singapore. Walter is a Colombo Plan Scholar.

Walter has extensive experience in information systems consulting, design and implementation, and has worked for corporations such as Siemens and Gesellschaft fuer Technische Zusammenarbeit GmbH in Singapore and China.

R. Ravindran – Corporate Secretary
Ravindran is a founding shareholder and Corporate Secretary of Innovax Systems. He is a former Member of Parliament of Singapore for Marine Parade GRC. He has been a practising lawyer in Singapore for more than 20 years and is currently a legal consultant to the law firm Incalaw LLC, specialising in corporate law. He has a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master of Law degree from National University of Singapore.
