Innovax Systems is proud to announce the completion of Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme and is now officially BCM certified.

BCM is a holistic management process that identifies and analyzes potential risks that threaten an organization and the development of response plans to minimize their impact on the business.

Innovax Systems has developed and implemented a Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme based on SS540:2008 standards, which define the requirements for improving its resilience to business disruptions, minimizing the negative impacts arising from these disruptions and ensuring rapid recovery of critical business functions.

The programme came to a successful completion as a result of strong business collaboration with SP Consulting (International) Pte Ltd, an organisation with the distinction of being the first management consultany company to be certified to both ISO 9001:2008 and BCM SS540:2008 for the provision of quality management consultancy services by TUV SUD PSB Certification Pte Ltd

End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for InnoFax

We would like to thank you for your past support over the years for InnoFax.  Unfortunately, fax usage has been on the decline with the advent of new technology and we regret to announce the end of life of InnoFax. This announcement applies to all software releases. The last day to order InnoFax is 31 Dec 2011. Maintenance releases and software fixes will no longer be available as of 31 Dec 2012. Customers under maintenance contract will continue to receive support from Technical Support Team until 31 Dec 2014. The table below describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for this release.

End-of-Life Milestones and Dates for InnoFax

Milestone Definition Date
End-of-life announcement date The date that announces the end of sale and end of life of a product is distributed to the general public. 1 May 2011
End-of-sale date The last date to order the product through Innovax point-of-sale mechanisms. The product is no longer for sale after this date. 31 Dec 2011
End of software maintenance releases date The last date that Innovax Engineering may release any final software maintenance releases or bug fixes. After this date, Innovax Engineering will no longer develop, repair, maintain, or test the product software. 31 Dec 2012
Last date of support The last date to receive service and support for the product. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. 31 Dec 2014
