Innovax Systems Implements OpsCentral Suite in PacNet Global 147-seat Call Centre
As a leading technology provider in the contact centre industry, Innovax Systems is pleased to announce the acquisition of PacNet Global as our latest customer and the implementation of a 147-seater, multi-media contact centre complete with our OpsCentral suite of solutions.
The equipment for the contact centre is housed in Singapore while the agents are located in Mid Valley, connectivity through IP and web technology.
