Corporate Social Responsibility

Yellow RibbonUnder our Corporate Social Responsibility in 2004, we worked together with the Singapore Changi Prison and contributed our technology to Connect Centre, a call centre employing inmates as agents. This equipped them with excellent service skill sets and also contributed to the rehabilitating of ex-offenders to reintegrate back into society.

Under the Asia Pacific Customer Service Recognition of Excellence held at Hong Kong Disneyland on 2nd November 2007, Connect Centre Singapore was awarded a special “Community Contribution Award” and recognized as Best of the Best in the “Outsourced Call Centre” category.

In 2009, Connect Centre went on to win the Gold award in Contact Center World Finals for Best Outsourcing Partnership and several other awards including Best Community Spirit.
